Aurum Estetica Esclusiva (DA & MA Srls), hereinafter Aurum, recognizes the importance of keeping the information collected confidential and is committed to protecting the privacy of customers, collaborators, its members and all other people with whom it interacts. This Information explains how Aurum collects and processes personal data in accordance with the legislation relating to data protection, in particular the cantonal and federal law on data protection, as well as the related regulations.
Aurum is responsible for the processing and protection of data collected to carry out its legal tasks. In this sense, it guarantees the processing of data in compliance with the justifications, general principles and obligations established by the regulations in force.

In particular, Aurum may collect personal data such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses and other information necessary for the provision of services, for collaborations, to manage relationships with all other people with whom it interacts.
Aurum may also collect personal data for research and statistical purposes, as well as for the improvement of its services and commercial or marketing proposals.

- Contacts with our salon or commercial staff (e.g. business cards, registrations on the site at events / presentations promoted by Aurum , requests for information about our company or our products / services, job requests, etc...).
Registration for events
- If the interested party registers to participate in an event or to receive a service in the salon, he or she is asked to provide his/her data. This way Aurum can assess your suitability to participate in the event itself, contact you to let you know if you meet the criteria and share logistical information with you.
- If the individual registers for an event or books a salon service , Aurum uses this information internally to work with them to ensure they are enrolled in appropriate workshops and seminars throughout the event.
Promotion and marketing of events
- Where permitted , Aurum reserves the right to use the data for the purpose of marketing salon services, products, events and/or presentations which it believes may be of particular relevance to the data subject.
- There may be the presence of a photographer and/or video operator at the events.
Website usage/visits
- When you visit the Aurum website, the company may collect information relating to the visitor's operating systems, browser type, domain name, IP addresses and website usage data. This data will be collected mainly for the purpose of monitoring the use and performance of the website itself.
Chapter 5 – Transmission of personal data
Aurum may transmit some data to third parties such as event sponsors and other organizations if necessary for the performance of a contract, for compliance with a legal obligation or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Aurum . In particular, sponsors will be able to contact the interested person at the end of the event via telephone call, feedback email or email for marketing purposes; in this way the interested person can also express their desire to remain in contact or not with the sponsor. Court of Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy, explicitly read and approved by the interested party, is governed by Swiss law. The sole judicial venue for all disputes, claims or issues that may arise in relation to this Privacy Policy is the court of Locarno Campagna.
